DiD Philosophy APPLIED
The philosophy is guided by the specific Training Needs of each learner at SAFiM. Our independent research has already established the key areas finance support teams are struggling with. Our adaptive processes begin by understanding each participant's key learning objectives, for application at their respective workplaces. This is achieved by focusing on understanding their current core knowledge base and their application capabilities regarding both technical and soft skills, as indicated below.
As the age old saying says, never bet against a prepared person. The future requires thorough preparation, considering how the rest of the global economy has evolved becoming closely knit.
The SAFiM Story
SAFiM is an application skills-driven learning and development institution that was established in 2018, offering a wide range of small, intensive short courses, which are driven by specific industry needs. A comprehensive study was carried out between September 2017 and February 2018 on close to 50 finance leaders within Zimbabwe. The objectives were to understand current financial management practices within Zimbabwe whilst evaluating the practical challenges which hindered their finance functions from achieving and maintaining peak performance.
